O Compiz vai bem na placa intel 82945g ?

Mudei de PC e tenho placa de video onboard abaixo:

The amount of dropped frame is to high...

To pedindo muito da placa? O PC e um Celerom 430 com 1G de Ram.

Alguem pode dar um conselho? Tem como melhorar o desempenho da placa otimizando o xorg.conf? Ou e melhor comprar uma placa off board, neste caso Nvidia ou ATI?
